PURPOSE:To eliminate deterioration in position measurement accuracy due to a different between noise components of received signals at a low S/N by utilizing information on the phase difference between the input and output of a variable delay device as a signal utilized for azimuth angle calculation. CONSTITUTION:The outputs of a 1st and a 2nd receivers 1-1 and 1-2 are inputted to a phase difference detector 4 through the variable delay device 2 and a fixed delay device 3 and its output is supplied to a VCO 6 through an integrator 5. The quantity of delay of the variable delay device 2 is controlled with the output of this VCO 6. An azimuth calculator 7 while inputs the input and output signals of the variable delay device 2 calculates the phase difference between both and converts it into a corresponding voltage to perform arithmetic operation, thereby calculating the azimuth angle.
