PURPOSE:To develop an Fe alloy having excellent oxidation resistance by adding specific lanthanoids except Ce or further Ti at a specific ratio to an Fe-Cr-Al alloy. CONSTITUTION:This steel sheet has the compn., contg., by weight %, <0.03% C, <1.0% Si, 12-21% Cr, 2.5-3.5% Al, 0.05-0.20% lathanoids such as La or Nd except Ce or further contg. Ti at >=5 times the content of C and <=0.10%. The steel sheet having the high-temp. oxidation resistance and weldability suit able for a catalyst converter for cleaning exhaust gases of automobiles, equip ment and devices of combustion gas systems, air conditioner parts, etc., to be subjected to severe repetitive oxidation effect in a high-temp. oxidative atmosphere is thereby obtd.
