PURPOSE:To prevent decrease in magnetic field sensitivity of a control line., by providing inductance loops for magnetic field coupling of magnetic-field- coupling type Josephson elements in parallel when a multilayer structure is provided so that magnetic shielding is provided by ground planes of superconductor and arranging the control line between the loops. CONSTITUTION:Ground planes 1 and 2 comprise two superconductors. A first superconductor loop 2 having Josephson junctions 5 and 5A, a control line 6 for generating a magnetic field, and a second superconductor loop 7, which is connected to the first superconductor loop 3 in parallel so as to share the Josephson junctions, are formed between the ground planes 1 and 2 through insulating layers 8-10 so that above described loops and line are sequentially overlapped. In this way, magnetic field sensitivity can be kept at the same level at the time of one layer when many layers of magnetic-field-coupling type Josephson elements are laminated. Therefore, decrease in seisitivity can be prevented, and high integration density and high performance can be achieved.
