PURPOSE:To prevent a working vehicle from running away, by providing an N position detecting means and a brake detecting means in a hydraulic continuously variable transmission so that an abnormal brake condition is determined if the brake is released when the transmission is set to be in the vicinity of the N position, and therefore an alarm is issued. CONSTITUTION:A potentiometer or the like is disposed in a hydraulic continuously variable transmission so that there is provided a detecting means 100 for judging whether the transmission is set in a range in the vicinity of the neutral position (N position) thereof or not. If it is within the N position range, a brake control means 101 provides a braking condition. During braking, a limit switch 37 is turned on so that a brake lamp 43 is turned on. If no braking is not made even though the transmission is set to be within the range in the vicinity of the N position, the limit switch 37 is turned off to set a flip-flop 41, and therefore, a relay 42 energizes a flasher 40 to issue an alarm for warning an abnormal brake condition, thereby it is possible to prevent the vehicle from running away and so forth.
