PURPOSE:To miniaturize a capacitor built-in piezoelectric resonance component by forming an electrode to an inner face and an outer face of a cylindrical dielectric into which a piezoelectric resonance element is contained. CONSTITUTION:The piezoelectric resonance element 4 is contained in the cylindrical dielectric 31. Thus, it is possible to easily form a space around the piezoelectric resonance element in which the piezoelectric resonance element is vibrated by having only to select the inner diameter of the cylindrical dielectric. Since a capacitor is constituted by the cylindrical dielectric 31 and electrodes 32-34 formed to the inner and outer face of the cylindrical dielectric, it is not required for other capacitor element at the outside of the cylindrical dielectric. Thus, the entire dimension is decreased.
