PURPOSE:To exclude an adhesive with much dispersive rigidity so as to stabilize the rigidity and to heighten the control stability, by insertforming a flat coil and coil support. CONSTITUTION:A rotary carriage 2 is rotatably supported to a shaft 3 and is loaded with a head 1. A coil support 8 is fixed to the rotary carriage 2. A flat coil 7 is supported by this coil support 8. Permanent magnets 6 are arranged opposite to the flat coil 7 in the axial direction through a space. A pair of yokes 4 are arranged in the axial direction. The flat coil 7 and the coil support 8 are integrally formed by insert-forming.
