PURPOSE:To obtain an underwater breakwater structure with a curtain having easily adjustable height by a method in which struts with guide rail are driven into the seabed and tools attached to the curtain are fixed to the guide rail. CONSTITUTION:A strut 4 with guide rails 5 is driven into the seabed, and coupling tools 6 connected to the rope 2 of a curtain 1 are fitted into the slits 51 of the rails 5. The curtain 1 is vertically adjusted, and pins 9 are inserted into the holes 52 of the rails 5 and the holes 63 of the tools 6. The curtain 1 can thus be simply attached to the strut 4 by the simple method of only pinning operation and the height can also be easily adjusted.
