PURPOSE:To obtain a flexible article excellent in heat, weathering and ozone resistances, by molding a composition based on a rubber composition containing a specified crosslinked rubber mixture and carbon black. CONSTITUTION:A flexible article based on a rubber composition comprising a crosslinked rubber containing rubber and carbon black, wherein said rubber component is based on a rubber composition comprising 5-95wt% organic rubber (A), 0-90wt% polyorganosiloxane (B) and 5-95wt% silicone-modified organic rubber (C) formed by modifying an organic rubber with a silicone compound containing Si-H groups in the molecule. The flexible articles are, for example, flexible rubber articles such as rubber hoses, rubber joints, vibration- proof rubbers, transmission belts and O-rings. The organic rubber used in component (C) is preferably the same organic rubber as component A or one having similar main chain structure.
