PURPOSE:To enable the vibration of a car body to be prevented from taking place by providing, on a part of the body panel, the No.1 damping layer mainly composed of a thermosetting synthetic resin, and then placing the No.2 damping layer mainly composed of a bituminous system elastic material upon the No.1 damping layer. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of the steel plate 1 of a body panel is provided a two-layer laminated structure 4 which is composed of the No.1 damping layer 2, as its internal layer, mainly composed of a thermosetting synthetic resin and the No.2 damping layer 3, as its external layer, mainly composed of a bituminous system elastic material. By using said laminated structure 4 as a floor panel for the body panel 5, the vibration of the car body can be decreased.
