PURPOSE:To improve high-speed response with the intention of making a rotor lighter and to shorten the axial length, by forming the the outside edge of a rotor situated at least at both edges of each rotor provided to a rotating shaft. CONSTITUTION:Two rotors 22 and 23 are fixed by interposing a permanent magnet 24 to the rotating shaft 21. In a cylinder 25 a stator 27 is installed which is wound with a winding 26 around multiple poles. The outside edges of rotors 22 and 23 are recessed and a hollow section 32 is formed, and that multiple grooves are provided to the outside circumferential and formed like a cup. The tips of bearings 30 and 31 get into the hollow section 32 go a certain extent.
