PURPOSE:To prevent the breakage of the whole of fence by properly separating fences during the period of typhoon by using a fence formed by connecting easily separable many fence parts for water area. CONSTITUTION:A net 2b is hung down from a float 2a, and a weight 2c is attached to the lower end of the net 2b to form a fence part 2. Many fence parts 2 are connected by shackles 3a, 3b, and 3c to surround a given water area for preventing the diffusion of contaminants in dredging work. The bolts of the shackle 3b is removed away when a typhoon comes, thereby permitting the force of waves to dissipate to prevent the breakage of the fence for water area.
