PURPOSE:To discriminate a continuous pressing of a key or a repressing when the same data code is received in a receiving side by changing and transmitting the constitution of a separate code correspondingly to the number of transmitting operations. CONSTITUTION:In a transmission side, the number of repressing the key is counted by a counter, the separated code of a code constitution corresponding to the counted value is formed and transmitted between a custom code 2 and a data code 3. for instance, every time the key is repressed, the number of a key operation is counted in such a manner of 1 2 3 1 2... and the separated codes 4a 4b 4c 4a 4b... are respectively transmitted correspondingly thereto. In the receiving side, when the custom code 2 coincides with the custom code assigned to itself and the code constitution of the separated code is different from one received previously, it is decided to repress the key and an instruction is executed by an object to be controlled and when the constitution is the same, it is decided to re-press no key and the instruction is not execute.
