PURPOSE:To reduce a noise, by providing a separating cut part in a noise- shielding plate while forming its outside diameter with the maximum part size larger than the bore of a case and inserting the noise-shielding plate pressing it to contract its outside contour into the bottom part of the case except a fitting part for a stator. CONSTITUTION:A noise-shielding plate 10 is formed only by a circular arc part, and the noise-shielding plate 10 forms its outside contour into a cylindrical shape a little larger than the bore of a case 1. And the noise-shielding plate 10 is inserted so as to come into contact with an internal wall of the case 1 in such a manner as to be contracted pressing the outside contour. In a process that a delivery noise and a vane impact noise are incident on the noise- shielding plate 10 being emitted from a surface of the case 1, a propagated noise can be decreased by the noise shielding amount of the noise-shielding plate 10. |
