PURPOSE:To attain synchronizing signal processing without widening the band by changing the sampling clock frequency at readout and the sampling clock frequency at write in a storage means. CONSTITUTION:A clock 1 applies the control of a write control and A/D conversion circuit 8 of a RAM 1 and the clock 2 applies the control of a readout control and D/A conversion circuit 9 of the RAM 1. The clock 2 reads the said RAM 1 and applies the control of the conversion of the D/A conversion circuit 9 and the readout of the ROM 10 storing a synchronizing signal pattern. The frequency of the clocks 1, 2 is controlled properly and the clock frequency at write/read to/from the RAM 1 is changed and the voice signal is subject to time axis compounding processing to attain privacy call processing.
