PURPOSE:To improve compression efficiency, by driving a control plate, provided in one side block of the cylinder blocks, to be rotated controlling an electric condition amount to an electromagnet through the outside information of an in-car room temperature or the like. CONSTITUTION:A compressor, which provides a control palate 19 in a front side block, controls a bypass hole 22 to be opened and closed. The amount of a stroke of a cylinder 31 is calculated by the outside information of in-car room temperature or the like, and the compressor, obtaining magnetic repulsive force between both an electromagnet 33 and a permanent magnet 32, determines a value of electric current conducted in the electromagnet 33. Accordingly, compression efficiency can be improved by controlling the value of an electric current.
