发明名称 METHOD FOR CONTROLLING DISPLACEMENT AMOUNT OF PIEZOELECTRIC ELEMENT
摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify the control of the displacement amount of a piezoelectric element, by simultaneously applying voltages to a pair of first electrodes facing the polarizing direction and a pair of second electrodes facing one direction, which is orthogonal to the polarizing direction, and erasing hysteresis. CONSTITUTION:A voltage is applied to first electrodes 2 facing the thickness direction of a piezoelectric element 1 from a first voltage source 4. Meanwhile, a voltage is applied to second electrodes 3 facing the width direction from a second voltage source 5. Thus the direction of a dipole is controlled. Since the hysteresis peculiar to the piezoelectric element can be erased, the displacement amount of the piezoelectric effect element can be readily controlled, and the desired displacement can be accurately obtained without fail.
