PURPOSE:To improve the S/N by arranging a Yttrium garnet (YIG) thin film to both upper and lower faces of a conductor film constituting a slot line so as to improve the exciting efficiency of a static magnetic wave. CONSTITUTION:The conductor film 4 constituting a slot line is arranged closely onto a face of a 1st YIG thin film 15 and a 2nd YIG thin film 2 is arranged closely onto the conductor film. Since a high frequency magnetic field exists either of both the upper/lower faces of the conductor film 4 having a slot 6, a static magnetic wave is excited to the YIG thin films 2, 15. Thus, the electromagnetic wave propagated through the slot line 7 is efficiently converted into the static magnetic wave and the loss of a small signal corresponding to noise is doubled in comparison with a conventional device so as to enhance the effect of S/N improvement.
