PURPOSE:To prevent losses of the transmission horse power due to the rotation of a brake disc at the time of traveling by allowing a brake disc to be in its rotational transmission state only when a steering brake is operated, and then preventing the brake disc from rotating at the time of its ordinary transmission. CONSTITUTION:When a shifter 31 is operated to the steering clutch engaging side with his foot detached from a steering clutch pedal, a clutch tooth 30 is engaged with a tooth 29 while an engaged tooth 36 is disengaged from a tooth 35, and then, the transmission power is transmitted to a travelling shaft 2 by means of a bevel gear 25, a steering transmission shaft 3 and a transmission gear mechanism 39. In addition, when a steering clutch is disengaged while he steps on the steering clutch pedal, the clutch tooth 30 is disengaged from the tooth 29 so as to cause the steering clutch to be in a disengaged state, and at the same time, the engaged tooth 36 is engaged with the tooth 35 so as to cause a brake disc 4 to be rotated integrally with the steering transmission shaft 3 and the steering clutch 1.
