When housing the discharge tray 20, as the device 3 is put in circular motion with its bottom part P as the fulcrum, the discharge tray 20 is pushed by a floor surface, being pot in relative circular motion with respect to the body 3. At this time, the energizing force of a leaf spring 23 acts on and puts the cam parts 21a, 21b in circular motion midway during the circular motion, an engaging part 20a is engaged with a projecting part 5b, and the tray 20 is brought into close contact with, and energizedly fixed to, the body 3.</p> |
