CONSTITUTION:A woven cloth roller R is translocated into a middle recess part formed by a small diameter roller 11 and a large diameter roller 12. Here, the winding direction of the cloth RC of the woven roller R is a direction in which the roller R is unwound when the large diameter roller 12 is rotated in the direction of the arrow K12. When the large diameter roller 12 is driven in the reverse direction to the arrow K12, the small diameter roller 11 is also rotated in the same direction rotating the woven cloth roller R in the reverse direction to the arrow KR, and the cloth RC is tightly wound up on the woven cloth roller R.
