<p>PURPOSE:To lead minutely powdered chips which passed through a mesh belt, to the outside, by furnishing a coolant pan between the mash belt in a horizontal frame, and furnishing exhaust ports to lead out the coolant at the side walls of the horizontal frame. CONSTITUTION:Between the front side running part 12a and the rear side running part 12b of a mesh belt 12 in a horizontal frame 3, a coolant pan 15 is fixed and furnished. At both side walls 3a and 3b of the horizontal frame 3, plural exhaust ports 17 are opened successively, extending to connect the righthand and the lefthand edges of the coolant pan 15, to lead the coolant accumulated on the coolant pan 15 to the outside of a conveyer frame 1 and to release into a coolant tank 2. Therefore, minute chips which passed together with the coolant through the mesh belt 12 at the upper side running part 12a in the horizontal frame 3 can be led to the outside through the coolant pan 15 and the exhaust ports 17.</p> |
