PURPOSE:To perform an automatic discharging of polluted air, prevent a cooling or heating load from being increased and further prevent odor or smoke generated in one room from being diffused into each room by a method wherein when indoor air is polluted, it is heat exchanged with feeding surrounding atmosphere and discharged and the fed surrounding atmosphere is heated or cooled and fed to each room. CONSTITUTION:In case that indoor air is not polluted, a damper 9 is closed with a signal from a sensor 10, the air is heated or cooled by a cold water coil 4 and then supplied to each room. When indoor air is polluted, the damper 9 is opened with the signal from the sensor 10 and the indoor return air is discharged through a full heat exchanger 8. At the same time, surrounding air is sucked and heat exchanged by a full heat exchanger 8 with indoor return air, thereafter heated or cooled with a hot or cold water coil 4 to perform either a heating or a cooling as well as ventilation of each room. Therefore, it is possible to perform an automatic discharging of polluted air, prevent a heating and cooling load from being increased and prevent odor or smoke generated in one room from being diffused.
