PURPOSE:To reduce the equipment cost and the operating cost by inducing a cutting tool by plasma by a phototube profiling device and arranging an interchangeable cutting surface plate and a surface plate receiver forming the isolated space respectively. CONSTITUTION:A cross rail 11 to guide a torch 7 in the orthogonal direction to a rail 9 is provided and the torch 7 is connected with the phototube profiling device 14 via a connecting rod 15. As to the cutting surface plate 2, the dimensions of its outer casing 20 are fixed according to the physical properties of objective material to be cut and the size of a product and the require number of surfaces plates are prepared. Further, a dust collecting and deodorizing device is arranged to an opening part 23 of the surface plate receiver 3 and harmful dust and gas are eliminated. Since the plasma torch 7 is controlled by the phototube profiling device 14, the cutting can be efficiently performed while eliminating harmful material. Accordingly, the equipment cost and the operating cost can be reduced by this method.
