PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent welded zone by performing the welding while feeding a couple of electrode rollers provided to an electrode head which is supported with a gradient on a carriage to travel horizontal to an object to be welded via feeding plates which are supported slidably on guide blocks. CONSTITUTION:One ends of the feeding plates 106 and 107 are connected with the couple of electrode rollers 78 and 92 provided to the electrode head 51 and the other ends of the feeding plates are connected with a power source transformer 115. The feeding plates 106 and 107 are supported slidably on the guide blocks 109 and 110 via an insulating plate 108. The welding is performed while feeding the rollers 78 and 92 by this constitution. The stable welding can be performed by the titled device with this constitution.
