PURPOSE:To improve a cooling feeling and to enable a water leakage to be prevented by a method wherein in case of a large amount of air of an upper fan and requiring a high cooling capability, a lower blowing port is opened and in turn in case of a lower blowing port temperature being less than a desired temperature and less volume of a lower fan air, the lower blowing port is closed. CONSTITUTION:In case that a temperature of a lower blowing port 3 is less than a desired temperature and that speeds of an upper fan 4 and a lower fan 5 are low, a lower blowing port 3 is closed, thereby a deterioration of cooling feeling is prevented and a dew of the lower blowing port is prevented when the lower fan 5 shows a low air volume and at the same time a high cooling capability in case of high speed of the upper and lower fans 4 and 5 is assured. Due to this fact, it is possible to improve a cooling feeling expected by a user and further to prevent a water leakage caused by a dew around the lower blowing port 3.
