<p>PURPOSE:To improve the degree of integration by simplifying the constitution of a circuit by means of fixing the level of an output terminal at 'H' or 'L', in a mode that a ROM output goes to a floating state. CONSTITUTION:A first ratio type ROM is constituted by the FET1, FET2 of a field effect transistor (FET), and a second ratio type ROM is constituted by FET3, FER4. A control signal, same as the control signal (clock phi) inputted to the FET1 of the first ratio type ROM, is inputted to the output terminal of the first ratio type ROM. The FET3 is connected between a grounded potential 11 (VSS). Besides, in this constitution, the grounded potential 11 (VSS) is supplied to the gate of the FET3 of the second ratio type ROM. A floating state that data D2 has been generated is fixed at L, and further, the floating state that the data D3 has been generated is fixed at H.</p> |
