DEVICE FOR PULLING OUT LARGE GRAIN ASH FROM FLUIDIZED BED BURNER

PURPOSE:To discharge large grain ash and utilize desulphurizing agent by separating large grain ash from desulphurizing agent and the like at a section where an ash drawing pipe joins. CONSTITUTION:Ash which was formed by the combustion at a fluidized bed 6 is discharged by opening a rotary valve 9 and supplying secondary air as a carrier from a carrier air supply opening 12 and secondary air supply opening 13. The mixture grains of the large grain ash which is led from the fluidized bed 6 to an ash drawing pipe 11 and a desulphurizing agent are transferred to the side of a separation pipe 10 at a corner section by the carrier air. When the mixture grains are transferred to the joint section of the separation pipe 10 and the ash drawing pipe 11, the lighter small grains in them and the desulphurizing agent are separated from large grain ash by the secondary air from a secondary air supply opening 13 and blown upwards to return to the inside of the fluidized bed furnace 1. Large grain ash falls down and is discharged by a rotary valve 9.
