A microtitration plate (21) is immersed into a liquid (29) contained in a container (20). A high frequency generator (23) energizes a transducer (24) of which the ultrasound radiation is reflected by a movable reflector (25) to the rows of capsules (22-i) provided on the microplate (21). With a ultrasound frequency of the order of one Megahertz, there is a considerable acceleration of the aggregation effects on suspended particles by fixation of the antigen to the antibody searched for in immunological tests.
