PURPOSE:To facilitate a sorting operation by receiving printing data from plural hosts by each data receiving means, and loading recording media which are recorded for each data receiving means on a stacker while shifting them from one another, at the time of printing said data. CONSTITUTION:Interfaces 3a-3c receive printing data which are transferred from hosts 1a-1c via communication passages 7a-7c, and the printing data are processed by a CPU 4 and printed. In this case, an interface register 5 stores identifiers for identifying each of interfaces 3a-3c that the CPU 4 is accessing, and the CPU 4 operates a stacker based on the identifiers and loads the data while shifting them from one another per each identifier. Thereby, printing outputs from each host can be clearly separately outputted, facilitating the sorting operation of printing outputs.
