PURPOSE:To multiplex only a data operating section at an optional phase in a frame by using plural storage means corresponding to plural signals and a selecting means selecting one of said plural signals read from the storage means. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 14 generates a data write timing and read tining signals 113-115 based on head information and data length information 112 included in multiplex signals 101-103. Elastic storages 7-9 store only the signal of data operating section of the signals 101-103 based on the said write timing. Then the write data of the storage devices 7-9 based on the said read timing and they are inputted to a selector 10. The selector 10 uses the select control signal from a control circuit 14 to select the said read signal and gives the result to a multiple signal output terminal 11 as an output signal 110.
