PURPOSE:To prevent an optical disk substrate from being transferred traces of bubbles mixed into a bonding agent by forming a substance having rubber elasticity on the surface of a recording medium formed on the substrate and sticking the face to the other substrate with the bonding agent. CONSTITUTION:The recording medium 2 is formed on the optical disk substrate 1 on which guide grooves 7 are previously formed by vacuum evaporation or sputtering and the surface of the medium 2 is coated with the substance 5 having rubber elasticity by a spinner or dipping method. After curing the substance 5 having rubber elasticity, the bonding agent 3 is applied to the coating face or a stuck substrate 4 to stick both substrate. Sometimes, bubbles may be mixed into the adhering layer. However, the unevenness of pressure due to the difference of thermal expansion coefficient between the bonding agent 3 and the bubbles 6 mixed into the bonding agent 3 is absorbed and released by the elasticity of the substance 5, so that the traces of the bubbles are not transferred to the optical disk substrate 1. |
