PURPOSE:To enable a calm and comfortable air ventilation to be attained within a room by a method wherein a discharging blower is arranged in a spacing formed between opposing air passage surfaces of the first and second heat exchangers and a top surface of main body and an air supplying blower is arranged in another spacing formed by the opposing air passage surfaces and a bottom surface of the main body, respectively. CONSTITUTION:When an air conditioning ventilation fan for a duct is operated, indoor air is sucked from an indoor suction port 2 under operation of a discharging blower 16, passed through a discharging passage 21 of the first heat exchanger 7, the first spacing 15, a discharging passage 21 of the second heat exchanger 8 and then discharged out of an outdoor discharging port 5. In turn, the outdoor air is sucked by an air feeding blower 19 from an outdoor suction port 4, passed through an air feeding passage 23 of the heat exchanger 8,the second spacing 18, an air feeding passage 23 of the heat exchanger 7 and fed to the indoor discharging port 3. Each of the discharging flow and the air feeding flow is heat exchanged with each of the heat exchanger 7 and 8. Due to this operation, suction sound, discharging sound and rotational sound of the blowers 16 and 19 during the operation are passed through the heat exchangers 7 and 8, so that a calm and comfortable air ventilation can be performed.
