<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate inductive faults at electric energization times and to reduce the equipment cost by installing a direct electric current source as an energization source and energizing a stock to be heated by a direct current. CONSTITUTION:An electric source 6 supplies a prescribed direct electric current to every electrode member of a movable carriage of a heating device 3, receives three-phase alternating currents as an input, and rectifies them to output a direct current. Inductive interference are eliminated in contract with the case using a single-phase alternating current as an input electric source because of use of the direct electric current source for a source of an electric energization heater. Therefore, countermeasures against the interference for peripheral devices are eliminated; the power-factor is well balanced and is able to be about 100%, and an electric power is effectively used because three- phase currents are adopted as the input electric source. Thus, the energy charge is reduced, the countermeasures for peripheral devices are eliminated to reduce the equipment cost.</p> |
