PURPOSE:To inexpensively transfer a small volume of data without deteriorating reliability by providing a bus dedicated to transmission and a bus dedicated to reception as data transfer lines and a data holding circuit for the bus dedicated to reception. CONSTITUTION:A data transmission part 1 and a data reception part 7 are connected through a data transmission bus (it is a reception bus viewed from the reception part 7) F, a data reception bus G and an address transmission bus H, all of which consist of eight lines. Since two data transmission lines are provided in the transmission and reception directions, data never collides on them. The data holding circuit 9 is provided at the end of the data reception and transmission lines (buses), and the circuit 9 on the reception side stores data transmitted from the data transmission part 1. Thus data never disappears between the data transmission part 1 and the data reception part 7.
