PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition containing an acrylic copolymer having a specific composition as a main component, having a modulus falling within a specific range at normal temperature, exhibiting excellent adhesivity to nonpolar adherend and having excellent resistance to ultraviolet radiation. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition having a tensile strength at break of 0.5-10kg/cm<2> and tensile elongation at break of >=1,500% at normal temperature is composed mainly of a copolymer produced by copolymerizing (A) 82-97.5wt% ester of acrylic acid and 6-9C primary or secondary alcohol (preferably isooctyl acrylate, etc.), (B) 2-15wt% monomer giving a homopolymer or copolymer having a glass transition point of 0-50 deg.C (preferably vinyl acetate) and (C) 0.5-3wt% monomer having a functional group selected from carboxyl group, acid anhydride group and hydroxyl group (preferably acrylic acid).
