The invention relates to a colostomy bag which comprises at least two sheet sections which are connected to one another along their outer edge. One of the sheet sections has an inlet opening with devices for fastening on an artificial intestinal outlet and the other has an outlet opening for gaseous components. In order to achieve improved properties when worn, especially reliable outlet of gas in every position of use and suppression of sounds on movement of the wearer the invention proposes that a semi-permeable, longitudinally extending intermediate wall (11) be arranged between the two outer sheet sections (2', 3'). The intermediate wall is preferably provided with a coating (8') having good liquid-absorbing properties. In an alternative embodiment the coating (8, 9) having good liquid-absorbing properties is applied on the inside of the sheet sections (2, 3). <IMAGE>
