PURPOSE:To reduce the whole width of a matrix wiring region by a method wherein the position of a wiring part is changed on the left and on the right of a contact region at a large quadrilateral in the contact region of a wiring layer as if the wiring part were bent and the interval between adjacent wiring parts is set to the maximum line width decided by the processing accuracy. CONSTITUTION:A wiring part 24a is bent like a step; the bent part forms a large quadrilateral, and overlaps with a first wiring layer 22a; the first wiring layer is connected to a second wiring layer through an opening 25. Then, at the part where the second wiring layer 24a is connected to a first wiring layer 22', the wiring part of 24a is cut at the large quadrilateral for connection use. Then, the first wiring layer 22' is extended to its upper part, and a large quadrilateral for connection use is formed on the top. At this part, the wiring layer is connected to a second wiring layer 24a' through an opening 25' and is extended toward the right. That is to say, the wiring part of 24a is connected to the upper wiring part of 24a' through the wiring layer of 22a', and is bent downward one after another below the wiring part of 24b. |
