PURPOSE:To prevent a battery from hopping out by providing a lid member equipped with a battery fall preventing member which holds the battery with a contact member when a battery storage chamber is open and an engagement part which holds the battery with the contact member when the battery storage chamber is closed. CONSTITUTION:The battery fall preventing member 21 which prevents the battery 1 from falling is provided nearby the entrance of the battery storage chamber 2a. An elastic electric contact 44 which engages the recessed part in one end surface of the battery 1 is arranged at the innermost part of the battery storage chamber 2a and this contact 44 is clamped to a fixed terminal in a camera body 100 with a machine screw 45. The battery 1 is gripped by the member 21 and contact piece 44 after a grip 200 is detached and pressed in the battery chamber 2a by the liner part of the grip 200, so it is gripped by the contact piece 44 and the linear part of the grip 200.
