PURPOSE:To enable observation inside a container in a wide range with the container sealed, by turning a magnet along the circumferential surface of the housing to rotate a permanent magnet inside the housing. CONSTITUTION:A housing 12 is mounted on a ceiling of a tank 10. The housing 12 comprises a planar section 13 screwed down on the tank 10 and a hollow cylinder section 14 projecting outside the tank 10, and magnets 15 and 16 are arranged at two stages, upper and lower, outside the cylinder section 14. As the magnets 15 and 16 are turned, respectively permanent magnets 18 and 19 rotate together therewith 15 and 16. With the rotation of the magnet 18, a male thread 20 moves vertically along the axis thereof. One end 30 of an image fiber 28 and a light guide 29 are mounted mounted on a fiber mounting section 24 inside the tank 10 and is turned along the inner surface of the tank 10 together with the magnet 19. Then, light of an illumination lamp 35 is admitted into a guide 29 to irradiate the inner wall 37 or the like of the tank 10 from the other end 30 of the guide 29, and the reflected light thereof is led outside the tank 10 through the fiber 28 to observe the inside of the tank 10 with a TV camera 34. |
