PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition containing a specific polyfunctional acrylic monomer mixture, a photo-polymerization initiator and an ultraviolet absorber and capable of giving a coating film having excellent matte property and scratch resistance with actinic energy radiation without using a matting agent. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition contains (A) a monomer mixture consisting of (i) a polyfunctional monomer having >=3 (meth)acryloyloxy groups in one molecule, (ii) a bisphenol A-type bifunctional monomer of formula [R1 is H or CH3; n is 0-5; X1, X2,...Xn in OX1, OX2,...OXn are 1-6C (OH- substituted)alkylene] and (iii) a monomer having (meth)acryloyloxy group other than the component (ii) and (B) a mixture of (iv) a photopolymerization initiator and (v) an ultraviolet absorber. The amount of the component (iii) is 30-5wt% based on 70-95wt% of the sum of the components (i) and (ii) and that of the component B is 0.1-25pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. of the component (ii).
