PURPOSE:To obtain a composition, consisting of structural units of a soluble and insoluble components of a specific copolymer resin composition and having excellent heat distortion as well as chemical resistance, flame retardance, gas barrier properties and thermal plasticity with a high glass transition point. CONSTITUTION:A composition, obtained by blending (A) a component, soluble in tetrahydrofuran, consisting of structural units expressed by formulas I, II and III (X is halogen; R1 is 1-4C alkyl, phenyl, etc.; R2 is -H, or -CH3; R3 is halogen, -CN, etc.), containing 30-70mol% units expressed by formula I, 1-10mol% units expressed by formula II and 25-70mol% units expressed by formula III and having 10,000-600,000 weight-average molecular weight and >=80 deg.C glass transition point with (B) a component, insoluble in tetrahydrofuran, consisting of structural units expressed by formulas I-IV (R4 is same as R2; R5 is phenylene, formula V, etc.; n is 0-8), containing 25-65mol% units expressed by formula I, 1-10mol% units expressed by formula II, 25-70mol% units expressed by formula III and 0.01-0.2mol% units expressed by formula IV within the following ranges A=100-B and 10wt%<=B<=80wt% and having >=85 deg.C glass transition point.
