<p>An angled conductor insert (1) for the insertion of cables (2) or other electrical conductors, hoses or the like at an angle into a housing has two limbs (6, 7) which are at an angle with respect to one another in the in-use position and whose inner cavities (4) surround the cable (2) and which deflect and guide the cable from an incoming direction approximately parallel to a surface of the housing into the interior of the housing. In this arrangement, a separating point (5) is provided between the two limbs (6 and 7) in the angled region of the conductor insert (1), so that when the cable is initially inserted, the two angled limbs can be positioned in line with one another so that the cable does not have to be bent until the in-use position is reached. Connecting points (8) are provided for the in-use position of the two angled limbs. These connecting points (8), used for fixing the angle position of the two angled limbs (6 and 7), are in this case arranged laterally from the inside (9) of the angle enclosed by the limbs, so that this angle space no longer has to take into account the arrangement of such connecting points, and thus can be kept very small.
