PURPOSE:To prevent the service from being limited only to a specific serviced party by setting a service connection condition representing a membership receiving the service and eliminating the connection condition representing the said membership from the set connection condition in applying the service connection to a membership in the connection condition. CONSTITUTION:A service connection condition memory (CM) 40 and a service connection condition main memory (CMM) 41 are provided to the exchange system. The service connection condition is set by a CP 10 by transferring a data in the main memory 41 to a memory 40.
