PURPOSE:To enable the solidifying of an oscillation element, by arranging or gelatinous electrolytes different in the solute or in the solute density facing each other through a lipid film. CONSTITUTION:Gelatinous electrolytes different in the solute and in the solute density are arranged to face each other through a lipid film. The gelatinous electrolytes herein used is a gelatinous colloidal salt solution which is obtained after a sol-gel reversible material such as agar is added to a salt solution with a desired density. Moreover, the lipid film herein used is a porous filter impregnated with lipid or the like. Then, colloidal solutions different in the solute or in the solute density are put before and after the lipid liquid film to obtain a colloidal oscillating element. The detection of a potential difference is made with an electrode of Ag-AgCl, for instance, added to the colloidal solution. Thus, an element convertible to a solid element can be obtained.
