PURPOSE:To secure light emission and to securely fix transfer data by turning on plural light emitting lamps by a common pulse generating means and applying a retriggering pulse after a prescribed time if the state where no light is emitted is detected. CONSTITUTION:One common pulse generating means 8 emits plural flash lamp light emitting means 40(1)-40(n) with a charging current supplied from a POW 2. If no light is emitted, the light emission detection means of CONT 10 detects the state with detection signals FLSH1-FLASHn from current sensors provided to the flash lamp light emitting means 40(1)-40(n) and the POW2 supplies a trigger pulse to the pulse generating means 8 a prescribed time later to apply retriggering pulses to the flash light emitting means 40(1)-40(n), thereby securing the light emission of flash lamps. |
