PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition having excellent oil-cleaning capability, by adding specific amounts of a polyoxyethylene glycerol fatty acid ester and a polyoxyalkylene-modified polysiloxane to a water-alcohol system having a specific concentration. CONSTITUTION:A water-ethanol system having an ethanol content of 1-30wt.%, preferably 1-20wt.% is compounded with (A) 0.1-20.0wt.%, especially 0.5-10wt.% polyoxyethylene glycerol fatty acid ester having an addition molar number of ethylene oxide of 5-25, especially 7-10 and a carbon number of the fatty acid of 8-18 and (B) 0.1-20wt.%, especially 0.5-15wt.% compound of formula (R is H or 1-5C alkyl; p is 1-5; x is 5-30; n is 1-15). The composi tion is hydrophilic and has excellent oil-cleaning capability as well as the capabil ity to clean water-soluble dirt. Furthermore, it has excellent transparency. |
