PURPOSE:To miniaturize the titled device by inverting the phase of the excitation of a stepping motor by a changeover switch via a logic circuit. CONSTITUTION:If the changeover switch is set in position A, the logic circuit 6 transmits an excitation signal 7 for the stepping motor 1 immediately to a stepping motor driver part 8. If the switch 5 is set in a position B, the circuit 6 inverts the polarity of the signal 7 for the motor 1 then transmits it to the drive part 8. In such a way, by manipulating the switch 5 between the setting positions A and B, a carriage can be shifted for a wider length in the same speed range of a stator. As a result, the overall device can be miniaturized. |
