PURPOSE:To suppress the spurious level due to an external cause by forming a transmission line by plural parallel conductors divided to each other at a coupling part with a ferromagnetic thin film in a device such as a high frequency filter using a YIG thin film as a magnetic resonator so as to uniform the high frequency magnetic field to the ferromagnetic thin film. CONSTITUTION:The ferromagnetic thin film such as the YIG thin film magnetic resonator 11 and a transmission line 12 are provided and the transmission line 12 consists of plural parallel conductors 12a,12b... divided especially for prescribed number. Since the transmission line 12 consists of the parallel conductors 12a,12b... divided into plural numbers in this way, the planer magnetic field in the entire high frequency magnetic field of the transmission line 12 is spread so as to be uniformized over nearly all the entire area to a ferromagnetic thin film 11 having a sufficiently larger diameter in comparison with each width of the split conductors 12a, 12b of the line 12 as shown in thin lines (a) in figure. Thus, the level of the spurious mode other than the main resonance mode is suppressed in the ferromagnetic thin film 11.
