PURPOSE:To provide the title waterproof material compsn. which has excellent shelf stability at room temp. and gives a rubbery elastic coating film having excellent durability, waterproofness, alkali resistance, etc., by mixing two specified aq. silicone emulsions with a curing catalyst. CONSTITUTION:An aq. silicone emulsion (A) composed of a diorganopolysiloxane having at least two hydroxyl groups attached to a silicon atom per molecule, an emulsifying agent (e.g., a sodium alkylbenzenesulfonate) and water is mixed with an aq. silicone emulsion (B) composed of an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having at least two hydrogen atoms attached to a silicon atom per molecule, an emulsifying agent and water and a curing catalyst (C) (e.g., dibutyltin dilaurate) to obtain the desired waterproof material compsn. composed of aq. silicone emulsions. The compsn. is suitable for use as a waterproof material for construction work.
