PURPOSE:To permit low-flow rate analysis by continuously supplying a liquid mixture composed of a sample contg. components to be detected and eluate to a sepn. column, passing a prescribed amt. of a solvent for elimination through the sepn. column, monitoring the effluent thereof and detecting negative peaks. CONSTITUTION:Many pieces of sample vessels 1 contg. the sample liquids including the components to be detected are arranged on a turn table and are positioned sequentially to a suction position at every analysis operation. Potassium hydrogenphthalate is contained in a eluate vessel 2. A liquid feed pump 5 is so controlled by a controller 9 to feed a micro quantity. The eluate and the sample are sucked at a specified ratio by the suction operation of the pump 5 and are mixed by a mixer 4. The mixture is fed to the sepn. column 7. The liquid mixture is discharged from the column 7 to the outside through a detector 8. The detector 8 detects the component peak appearing on the side nearer the negative side than the base line. The peaks are recorded by a recorder 14. The low-flow rate analysis is thus carried out.
